Rafting Guide

Rafting guides are the face of adventure, combining professionalism and enthusiasm to create unforgettable memories for our guests. Guides entertain and engage guests in a courteous and friendly manner, while keeping safety as their top priority. The role involves both on-river and off-river responsibilities.

Prior raft guiding experience is a bonus but not required. Candidates must demonstrate strong swimming ability, leadership skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. All rafting guides must be at least 18-years-old to meet Transport Canada requirements. Bonus points if you already have Standard First Aid + CPR or a Pleasure Craft Operator card.

Trip Leaders are the backbone of our rafting operations, combining advanced guiding expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver world-class adventures. As a Trip Leader, you’ll guide guests on thrilling tidal bore tours while supervising and supporting a team of rafting guides, ensuring seamless and safe experiences for groups of up to 50 people.

This role demands professionalism, confidence, and a commitment to safety. Trip Leaders set the tone for every adventure, leading by example and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Candidates must have prior whitewater or guiding experience and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong swimming ability and current certifications in Standard First Aid + CPR are essential. Bonus points if you already hold additional qualifications like a Pleasure Craft Operator card or a Swift Water Rescue (Level III) certification.

Providing exceptional service to ensure every guest’s experience is seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, you’ll be the go-to person for guest inquiries, reservations, and day-to-day needs, all while creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

In this role, you’ll handle bookings, process payments, and provide information about our tours, accommodations, and amenities. You’ll also assist with retail operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations across the resort.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a bonus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Captures the thrill and beauty of our adventures, creating compelling content that showcases the excitement of our tours. You’ll play a key role in telling our story to the world.

You’ll be responsible for operating high-quality camera equipment, editing content for our social media channels and website, and contributing to the resort’s visual brand. Your work will happen both on the water and behind the scenes.

Candidates must have experience with photography and videography, including editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro. Comfort working in outdoor and aquatic environments is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to handle expensive equipment with care. A creative eye and a passion for storytelling are a must.

Play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You’ll ensure that all accommodations, common areas, and facilities are spotless and ready for guests to enjoy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces, as well as restocking supplies and maintaining inventory. Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency are key to ensuring our resort remains in excellent condition. You’ll work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and help create a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for cleanliness, and the ability to work independently. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s dependable, friendly, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
