Summer Employment Opportunities at The Tidal Bore Rafting Resort for the 2023 Season!

The Tidal Bore Rafting Resort provides a unique and high value experience to guests from all over the world. For many, Tidal bore rafting down the Shubenacadie River is the experience of a lifetime. The Tidal Bore Rafting Resort is proud of it’s 36 year history, and since we started this awesome adventure back in 1985, we are thankful to the thousands of people that  stay / raft here every year. To help us accomplish our mission, we are looking for seasonal part time River Rafting Guides that are energetic, motivated, and talented. We are seeking reliable, and dependable people. Opportunities available in River operations include:

  • Experienced River Rafting Tour Guides 

  • River Rafting Trainees -(We will train you!)

  • Cook/Kitchen help – Special Events – Part Time 

  • Front Desk Support Staff – Full and Part Time

 

  • Work Schedule: Morning and evening shifts including weekends available; centred around the rafting tour schedule and special events.

Benefits: $15-$18 / hour (depending on skill level and experience), 4% vacation pay and WCB insurance. Eligibility to earn additional pay by working in other departments, such as, restaurant operations, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and reception/ customer service.

Some things that’ll give you a foot-up above others: Pleasure craft operator card and First Aid certification.

The TBRR is seeking reliable and dependable people. We have a zero tolerance policy on drug and alcohol use. Applicants may be asked to provide a criminal record check.
