Hot Tub Policy
Maximum four people permitted, and only occupants of the Chalet 14 are permitted to use the Hot Tub. No food can be consumed in our Hot Tubs, and only beverages in plastic glasses are permitted. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not recommended. Limited time in the hot tub (ie. 15 minutes) is recommended, and lessens the chance of unintended hyperthermia or skin irritation from the disinfected water. Do not adjust the temperature or leave the cover off when the hot tub is not being used. Please do not leave outdoor lights on all night. If the Hot Tub is left in un-serviceable condition, including temperature turned down, spoiled / scummy water, or lowered water level, a charge for an extra nights rental will be immediately levied to your credit card if TBRR is unable to rent the Hot Tub Chalet to incoming guests. Additionally, cleaning / refill / reheat charges will also be charged to your credit card. Please comply with the guidelines for hot tub usage posted in Chalet #14.

In the event that Nova Scotia Transport closes Hwy 102 or Hwy 215 for more than 4 hours before and 4 hours after check in time, and you elect not to come to TBRR, the TBRR will issue you a rain check to be used in the next 180 days, for the deposit amount of your booking, normally 50% of the full charge. Unless there is a formal road closure our normal cancellation policy applies, and no shows will be charged in full for their booking since the space confirmed has been allocated exclusively to your reservation.
