Why Raft With Us?

CELEBRATING 38 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND COUNTING!

Come raft the highest tides in the world with us and join us for season #38! Since 1985, we’ve shared what we believe is the best tidal bore rafting experience in the industry where guests often create lasting bonds with other guests. But what really sets us apart isn’t our amenities, our location or our facilities. It’s the long history of offering an unforgettable experience and river-guiding excellence….plus it’s the site where the activity was invented by our original founder, Hilbert Knol, the original Raft Master!

The resort and cottages are open all year around. Tidal bore rafting tours are offered from May 1st through October 31st from the property’s hilltop location overlooking the Shubenacadie River in Urbania, Nova Scotia. There are 14 cottages and chalets (one, two, and five bedroom) on the property, all self-sufficient units, all insulated for year around comfort, all very private and all within listening distance of the famous sounds of the Shubenacadie Tidal Bore.
